Crusader softball had a tough loss tonight against the Crete Cardinals. Final score Cardinals 2, Crusaders 1.
Cardinal volleyball split with Central City and Gibbon tonight in the road. They lost 1-2 to the Bison from CC but bounce back to sweep the Buffaloes from Gibbon!
Today is Constitution Day! Our students celebrated last week by having the VFW from Grand Island come out and share a history of our flag and explained what each fold of the flag represents!

Tough result on the field for the Cardinals in Lincoln tonight. They go down 39-20 but had many kids step up and battle until the end. Proud of our team!
These students were nominated for the kindness award for showing respect to their peers, teachers, and other employees at Doniphan-Trumbull School. Awesome work kids! We are proud of you!
The FFA group brought breakfast foods in and cooked breakfast before a meeting this morning! It was early - but it was a good early!

2024-2025 Student Council Members
Congratulations to the following students for being members of the elementary student council!
Student Council is open to all 5th and 6th grade students. They have to fill out an application and turn it in on time. DT believe's all kids have leadership qualities and we are ready to see what this group can do. Members signed up for committees last week and will start classroom helper this week. DT is so lucky to have amazing teachers willing to allow members in their classroom to help in various ways.
It will be an amazing year!
