Doniphan-Trumbull Public School is hosting a closed-bid auction of obsolete equipment.
The school district owns these items, which are no longer in use and have been deemed unnecessary for future use.
Procedure:
Items will be listed in the order of their item numbers.
Bidders will identify the number and, if applicable, the letter of the item they are bidding on, as well as the dollar amount for which they are bidding. They must also include their name and other contact information. No specific form is required. If you are interested in more than one of the bags, pull carts, dispensers, or desks, please indicate which specific item you are interested in. The highest bid will get the choice of a particular item and quantity.
All items are available for inspection at Doniphan-Trumbull Public School from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Superintendent’s office at Doniphan-Trumbull Public Schools by 10:00 AM, Monday, September 8, 2025
Bids will be opened Monday, September 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM
The highest bidder will be contacted, and possession must be taken by Friday, September 12, 2025.
