Dear D-T Families and Patrons,
It is with great excitement that we congratulate the Boy's Basketball Team on their impressive 2nd consecutive state tournament appearance, and 3rd in four years! We couldn't be more proud of their hard work and dedication to the sport.
As we prepare to cheer on our Cardinals, we want to inform you of an important update. In order to ensure that our staff, families, and students can fully support the team, there will be NO school on Thursday, March 9th. This day off will allow everyone to attend the game and celebrate this incredible achievement together. We understand that some families may have concerns about the missed day of instruction, and we want to assure you that we have explored all options to try and provide a shortened school day. Unfortunately, due to staff limitations associated with the game and other commitments, we were unable to make it work.
After the state basketball tournament, an updated 2022-23 academic calendar will be released, outlining snow make-up days and staff in-service to finish the year strong.
