➤New Vaccination Requirements

With the start of the 2011-12 school year EVERY student will need to have two vaccinations for chickenpox or will need to show documentation from a parent/guardian that the child has had this disease.

If your child has had chickenpox, you can fufill the new law requirements by completing the Parent Verification Form available below.

Central District Health Dept. Clinic dates are- 8:15a.m.-12:45 p.m. June 1,8,15,22,29;July 6,7,13,14,20,21,27,28;August 3,4,10,11,17,24. Beat the rush and call for an appointment. The Central Distr. Health Dept is located at 1137 So. Locust St. in Grand Island.

Clay County has clinics the 3rd Tues of each month and the 9th of August from 2-6 p.m. Located at 209 W. Fairfield in Clay Center.
