Elementary Student Council to Sell Rings
Student council will be selling rings. The rings are made by Becky Sterner. We will be selling them for $ 2 each. We will begin selling them Thursday, February 9 and each Thursday in February. They will be sold in front of the office from 3 to 3: 30. Show your Doniphan–Trumbull pride by purchasing a red and black ring or chose from many colors. Danielle Lemek, 4 Time State Golf Champ!
The Doniphan-Trumbull Booster Club was proud to present an iMovie presentation of Danielle Lemek’s golf success over the years and a State Golf Champion banner on January 20th at half-time of the girls basketball game. The banner is now proudly displayed on the south wall of the D-T gym.
In Danielle’s four years of high school she is one of only two female athletes in Nebraska, who have won state championships all four years.

Chili Cook-Off
On Thursday, January 19th, the senior Foods class had their annual Chili Cook-Off. This year there were twelve groups and the students were able to pick their own partners. The main guidelines to be followed were that they needed a theme and select a recipe. It was preferred that the chili be a family-favorite recipe or one that the students had tried before the contest. Each group was given about a week to make all their plans: pick a recipe, a theme, how they'd decorate for their theme, and so forth. The school faculty volunteered . . .
