Wood River Invitational
High School Track

With a couple of track meets canceled at the beginning of the season, the Doniphan-Trumbull Track Team was eager to face any opponent.
On April 9th, 2009 the Cards headed to Wood River to face athletes from Wood River, Cross County, Silver Lake, Central Catholic, Loup City, Shelton, and Kenesaw.
Team points are accumulated through team members placement from 1st through 6th. Doniphan-Trumbull placed 7th for Girls and 5th for Boys overall.
For the GIRLS:
Third Place: 3200M-Tausha Lee
Fourth Place: 1600M-Tausha Lee, High Jump-Mikey Provost, Discus-Taylor Hadenfeldt
Fifth Place: 1600M-Erica Lienemann, Shot Put-Taylor Hadenfeldt
Sixth Place: 800M-Jocelyn Utecht, 1600M-Andrea Toben
For the BOYS:
Third Place: Triple Jump-Cale Buhr
Fourth Place: 200M-Jake Merrill, 400 M-Jake Slough, 800M-Beau Toben, Long Jump-D.J. Pfeiffer
Fifth Place: 100M-Jake Merrill, 3200M-Heath Maurer, 300M Hurdles-D.J. Pfeiffer
Sixth Place: 1600M-Maury Lorence, High Jump-Jake Merrill, Pole Vault-Cam Sinner, Long Jump-Cale Buhr, Triple Jump-Danny Treat
Tuesday, April 21, 2009 will be the Cardinals next track meet.
