Summer Athletics

Doniphan-Trumbull Public School would like to announce the Summer Athletics & Activities Preview on Monday, March 30th.
As a unique part of the program, the Doniphan Community Club is sponsoring special guest speaker and Grand Island native, Todd Peterson. The program is free to the public.
Mr. Peterson’s prestigious academic and football careers garnered him many awards, including a three-time First-Team Academic All-Big 12, four-time Big 12 Commissioner’s Fall Honor Roll, four-time Big 12 Commissioner’s Spring Honor Roll, two-time Brook Berringer Citizenship Team member, and a 2007 Wuerffel Award Finalist.
Drawing on his experiences as a successful student athlete, Mr. Peterson’s presentation will be a valuable opportunity for students, parents and community members to hear his personal perspectives on such beneficial topics as role models, personal expectations, work ethic, and determination.
Please join us on Monday, March 30th at 6:30 pm in the Doniphan-Trumbull High School gymnasium for Mr. Peterson’s program, followed by a brief preview of this summer’s athletics/activities schedule for Doniphan-Trumbull students.
